• Portfolio and contract details: Name, address, contact details, subscription and payment information.
• Emergency contacts: The names and telephone numbers of the contact persons provided by the customer. The customer is obliged to inform these persons that their details have been disclosed.
• Health-related data (personal data requiring special protection): Vital signs such as heart rate, oxygen saturation and blood pressure, as well as medical information voluntarily provided by the customer (e.g. medication, allergies, documents) on the WeCare portal.
• Location details: GPS, Wi-Fi and GSM tracking of devices for emergency location purposes.
• Technical specifications: Log data collected when visiting this website (IP address, date/time, browser).

• Provision of emergency call and healthcare assistance services (emergency response chain, location tracking, vital signs monitoring)

4. Disclosure of data

Data will only be disclosed to the extent necessary for the provision of services: to the emergency contacts on file and the emergency call centre in the event of an incident; to contracted service providers (e.g. mobile network operators, data centres) and – at the customer’s express request – to relatives, carers or medical professionals with portal access. Our service providers are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations.

5. Data storage and security

Data is transmitted in encrypted form and is generally stored in the country where the customer is based (e.g. a Swiss data centre for Swiss customers). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

6. Storage

We process and store personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or in accordance with statutory retention obligations. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.

7. Cookies and website analytics

This website does not currently use any tracking or marketing cookies. Technically necessary storage processes may be used to operate the site. When external services (e.g. fonts, shop functions) are integrated, their providers may collect technical data; we ensure that such integration complies with data protection regulations.
